Pilates Studio Inclement Weather Policy

▌ 照常上課 / Classes Continue  

一號至三號風球 或* 黃色/紅色暴雨警告  

  T1-T3 Tropical Cyclone or Amber/Red Rainstorm  

▌ 取消課程 / Classes Cancelled  

八號+風球或黑色暴雨時： 

進行中的課程* → 照常完成至當節結束  

   Ongoing class → Will continue until  scheduled end time  

若開課前3小時仍生效 → 當日取消  

* 若開課前3小時內解除 → 照常上課   

T8+ or Black Rainstorm:  

* Cancelled if still in effect 3hrs before class  

* Resumes if lifted within 3hrs prior

取消政策

• 所有課程費用一經支付，不設退款。

• 所有課堂點數不可轉讓，僅限本人使用。

課堂人數規則

1. 每班開班人數限制

   • 最低開班人數：2人

   • 最高人數上限：6人

2. 人數不足處理方式

   • 若未達最低開班人數：
     ✓ 將於課堂開始前至少6小時通知已預約學員
     ✓ 學員可選擇：
     • 轉至同日其他有空位時段
     • 系統自動退還課堂至學員帳戶

取消或改期規則

• 取消或更改課程需於課堂開始前12小時完成：
  ✓ 透過AuAu App自行操作，或
  ✓ 透過官方WhatsApp提交申請（以訊息發送時間為準）

• 逾期取消（Late Cancel）：

  • 課堂開始前12小時內取消將自動扣除課堂

• 12小時內改課安排：

  • 如需於課堂開始前12小時內更改至當日其他有空位時段，必須透過WhatsApp辦理,我們將盡力協助安排。

因病取消

• 如因健康問題需於當日取消，請提供醫生證明以申請豁免扣除課堂

補充條款

• 課程可能因營運需要調整時間、種類或導師安排，最終安排以Beyond Pilates官方預約平台顯示為準

• 本公司保留修改上述條款之權利，並對條款擁有最終解釋權

Cancellation Policy

• All payments are non-refundable once processed.

• All class credits are non-transferable and for personal use only.

Class Capacity Rules

1. Class Size Limitations

   • Minimum: 2 students

   • Maximum: 6 students

2. Insufficient Enrollment Handling

   • If minimum enrollment is not met:
     ✓ Students will be notified at least 6 hours before class
     ✓ Students may choose to:
     • Transfer to another available session on the same day
     • Have credits automatically refunded to their account

Cancellation/Rescheduling Rules

• Cancellations/changes must be made 12 hours before class:
  ✓ Via AuAu App, or
  ✓ Through official WhatsApp (based on message timestamp)

• Late Cancellation:

  • Cancellations within 12 hours will automatically deduct class credits

• Last-minute rescheduling:

  • Changes within 12 hours must be arranged via WhatsApp for same-day alternative sessions. We will assist where possible.

Illness-related Cancellation

• Same-day cancellations due to health reasons require doctor's note for class exemption

Additional Notes

• Class schedules, types and instructors may be adjusted due to operational needs. Final arrangements will be as displayed on Beyond Pilates' official booking platform.

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and maintain final interpretation rights.

套票使用條款

迎新優惠 ($230/1；$600/3；$1128/6) 僅限 全新顧客，每人限購一次。如發現重複使用，本館有權要求補回套票差額。

1. 退款與轉讓政策

• 所有已支付的堂費（包括試堂及套票）恕不退還及不可轉讓。

2. Waitlist 候補規則

• 每節課堂設有 5個候補名額。

• 若候補成功，系統將 最遲於課堂前3小時 以電郵通知。

• 取消候補規則：
  ✓ 無論是否候補成功，如決定不出席，請 至少提前12小時 於App內取消候補。
  ✓ 若收到通知後才取消，且不足12小時，將視為 Late Cancel，並扣除相應課堂。

3. 特殊情況延期申請

• 僅以下情況可申請延期（不設退款）：
  ✓ 懷孕／受傷 等身體特殊狀況，需提供 有效書面證明（如醫生證明／懷孕報告）。

• 申請方式：請於套票到期前，透過WhatsApp提交證明及申請。
  ✓ 可選擇 轉讓予朋友 或 延期使用。
  ✓ 未提供證明者，恕不安排延期。

4. 嚴禁擅自轉讓帳戶

• 如發現 將帳戶借出／轉讓他人使用，本館有權 即時取消剩餘課堂，不作退款及通知。

5. 套票生效日計算

• 試堂／套票 生效日 以 首堂預約日期 起計（例：首堂預約8月22日，即從該日起算）。

6. 付費延期選項

• 如套票即將到期且 無其他有效套票，可付費延期：
  ✓ $500：延期1個月（限1次）
  ✓ $800：延期2個月（限1次）

• 申請方式：請於到期日前透過WhatsApp辦理並完成付款。

公司保留權利更改上述條款，如有爭議，本公司擁有最終解釋權。

Terms & Conditions for Class Packages

New Member Offer ($230/1；$600/3；$1128/6) is exclusive to first-time customers, with one-time use per person. If misuse is detected, we reserve the right to charge the price difference.

1. Refund & Transfer Policy

• All paid class fees (including trial classes and packages) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Waitlist Rules

• Each class has 5 waitlist spots.

• If a spot opens, you will be notified via email no later than 3 hours before class.

• Cancellation Rules:
  ✓ If you no longer wish to attend, cancel your waitlist spot at least 12 hours in advance via the App.
  ✓ Canceling after confirmation (within 12 hours) will be considered a Late Cancel, and the class credit will be deducted.

3. Extension for Special Circumstances

• Extensions (no refunds) are only granted for:
  ✓ Pregnancy/injury (requires valid documentation, e.g., doctor’s note/pregnancy report).

• How to Apply: Submit proof via WhatsApp before package expiry.
  ✓ Options: Transfer to a friend or extend validity.
  ✓ No proof = No extension.

4. Strict No Account Sharing

• If an account is shared/transferred, we reserve the right to void remaining classes without refund or notice.

5. Package Start Date

• Trial/package validity starts from the first booked class date (e.g., if first class is Aug 22, expiry is calculated from that date).

6. Paid Extension Options

• If your package is expiring and you have no active packages, you may pay to extend:
  ✓ $500: Extend 1 month (1-time only)
  ✓ $800: Extend 2 months (1-time only)

• How to Apply: Request via WhatsApp and complete payment before expiry.

The company reserves the right to amend these terms. Final interpretation rests with the company in case of disputes.
